A: Nothing, when ordering via komotodraggin.com! Two to three day USPS Postal Shipping is free within United States (including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). AirMail Shipping to Canada is free also. Please note that shipping to Europe, Japan and Australasia is not free.
Shipping can be expedited, at additional cost, if you need the tools quickly.

Q: What does the lifetime warranty entitle me to?

A: If a komotodraggin.com tool ever fails during normal operation, it will be replaced free of charge. 'Normal operation' for this purpose is defined as using the tool for what it was designed to do. Please note that any shipping costs incurred by you in this regard are not refundable.
